Computes the radiation diffusion matrix B defined in [2] for multipole elements

Computes the radiation diffusion matrix B defined in [2] for multipole elements

Parameters:

  • element – Lattice element

  • orbit – (6,) closed orbit at the entrance of element

  • energy – particle energy

Returns:

diffmatrix – The radiation diffusion matrix
